These Terms & Conditions apply to wholesale quotations and orders accepted by Holland Industry unless a signed agreement, approved account term, quotation or invoice states otherwise.

Wholesale eligibility and pricing

Wholesale access is for approved businesses. Applications are reviewed manually and may require business, tax or resale documentation. Prices visible after login are assigned to the authenticated account, may be confidential, and may change before an order is accepted. Website display, cart submission or an automated message is not final acceptance of price, quantity, freight, credit or availability.

Orders, availability and changes

Holland Industry may verify quantities, pack sizes, minimums, taxes, account standing, payment, freight, product restrictions and availability before acceptance. If an item is unavailable, the team may propose a back-order, substitute, revised quantity or partial shipment. Customer approval is required when a proposed change materially changes the order or adds freight. Cancellation or changes may not be possible after special-order work, packing or carrier release begins.

Payment and credit

Payment is due according to the approved account terms, quotation or invoice. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, brokerage, carrier charges and collection costs unless Holland Industry agreed otherwise in writing. Credit limits or terms may be changed or suspended when an account is overdue or business information changes.

Shipping, pickup and risk

Shipping and pickup are governed by the published Shipping & Returns information and any order-specific quotation. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customers must provide accurate delivery details, safe access and suitable receiving or unloading resources. Inspect shipments promptly and meet the stated damage and shortage reporting periods.

Returns, warranty and product use

Returns require written authorization and follow the Returns & Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranties may require direct assessment and do not cover misuse, incorrect storage, unauthorized modification, improper installation or ordinary wear. Customers must confirm product suitability, comply with laws and codes, and follow labels, safety data and manufacturer instructions.

Liability and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, Holland Industry is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from delay, product selection, installation, crop performance, third-party carriers or misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Ontario law applies unless mandatory law or a written agreement requires otherwise.
