Delivery Information

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Wholesale orders can be prepared for pickup or shipped by parcel, pallet, LTL freight, dedicated carrier or another suitable service. The method depends on product restrictions, dimensions, weight, destination and customer receiving capabilities.

Delivery planning

In-stock parcel and pickup orders are typically prepared within one to two business days after order review and payment or account clearance. Freight, oversized, export and special-order shipments take longer when carrier booking, secure packing or documents are required. Any date supplied before carrier acceptance is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Tell the wholesale team before release if the destination requires an appointment, liftgate, limited-access service, residential delivery, inside delivery or other special handling. The customer must provide an accurate address, contact number, safe access, and suitable people or equipment to unload and receive the shipment. Additional carrier services and redelivery, storage or address-correction charges are the customer's responsibility unless Holland Industry agreed otherwise in writing.

Pickup procedure

Pickup may be available at the Toronto or Mississauga location. Wait for a ready notice, then bring the order number and identification for the authorized collector. Large or pallet orders may require a scheduled loading time and a suitable vehicle. Confirm location, hours and loading requirements before travelling.

Back-orders and changes

When stock is delayed, the team may offer a back-order, substitute, revised quantity or partial shipment. Additional freight for a partial shipment requires customer approval. Address changes must be received before packing or carrier release; rerouting after release may not be possible.

Inspection at delivery

Count packages and inspect the shipment before signing. Record visible damage or shortages on the carrier receipt and notify Holland Industry the same business day. Concealed damage or packing shortages must be reported within two business days with photographs and the original packaging retained. See Shipping & Returns and the Returns & Refund Policy for the full process.
